Documents required to transfer your Boat Fishing Decal to another boat:
A copy of your temporary or permanent registration card for the new boat to which you are transferring your Potomac River Sport Fishing Decals.
A check or money order for $10.00 made payable to Potomac River Fisheries Commission.
A completed and signed Potomac River Sport Fishing License Application, including the new boat information.
The paper copy of your Potomac River Sport Fishing Boat License and both decals containing the serial numbers.
